恒生中國企業指數（簡稱 國企指數或H股指數）由恆生銀行屬下恒生指數有限公司負責計算， 為大部分中國股票基金的重要參考指標，收列在內地註冊成立的企業、在香港上市的外資股。 H股企業的主要持股人為中國政府及地方政府，所以亦稱為國企股。
